Our experience buying in Turkey was quite unique as neither my husband or I had ever been there, but after months of investigating best countries to buy for investment purposes by word of mouth, internet and any other source of info we decided on Turkey. We narrowed our search down to Side simply by hearing about its charm and history and not overly populated by holiday makers. We made enquires with a agents and eventually we were fortunate enough to come across Anita! Arrangements were made to make an investative visit. One of the apartments I was quite keen to see was Apollo Hills. Just before departure day we had bad news which meant we would have to defer the visit for later but correspondence was so good with Anita and we felt we could trust her we decided to bite the bullet and buy 'off plan' over the telephone; mad I know!

Anita basically organised everything for us including Power of Attorney and we had our Public Notary do the work here. I eventually visited 7 months later when the apt was half way up and really liked what I saw both of the apt and Side. Anita again was fantastic by taking my friend and I sight seeing and sorting us out with all our furniture shopping and opening bank accounts etc. We had our first family holiday in Apollo Hills in July and it was fab. We were very busy just sorting out the apt as the kids splashed away in the pool under our veranda but we are really looking forward to catching up with Anita and her lovely family this summer.

My wife and I first met Anita about three years ago, when we bought our first apartment in Turkey. She was a great help to us at that time and since then we have bought a second apartment which we are in process of making our home for most of our time. Possibly the best reccomendation we can give is to say that not only do we like both apartments but also we are now very near neighbours of Anita and her family - so much so that her daughter has been known to call me Grandad!. When we first decided to buy a holiday home we hadn’t really considered Turkey until I was browsing the internet one day and happened upon some breathtaking pictures of Side. I contacted Anita by e-mail and received an immediate response. We have purchased a three bed apartment through Anita in Side. The resort is just so beautiful that we decided to take a look at properties there. We were put in touch with Anita through a friend who had already brought a property from her, you see there are lots of different quality of workmanship out in Turkey, so you do have to watch what you buy, but Anita knows and only deals with the top building companies as she is aware of the quality and finish that her customers require.

Buying a property abroad for the first time can seem a scary thing to do, it’s just all the different laws and language barriers, but when dealing with Anita that’s all taken care of. We were taken through it all step by step with great ease, as Anita does all the hard work. The service doesn’t just finish there though, even after the sale had gone through Anita was, and is still there for help and advice. She has even helped out with looking into schools for our daughter. After spending time in Side we decided to do the ultimate and move out there permanently in summer 2007, but our main concern was our daughters education but Anita took us to the local college in Manavgat where we were shown around and were able to spend the day there to see if our daughter liked it, Anita then helped with getting Bethany into the school. This is something that we just couldn’t of done or even known where to have started without Anita’s help.

We regard Anita as a very good friend of ours and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Having visited Side a couple of times on holiday and been so impressed by the town, beaches, countryside, lakes and everything else the area has to offer, I thought I would browse the internet for properties, out of interest more than anything. Anyway I stumbled across an estate agents website and saw a property that mildly interested me, so I e-mailed Anita and got a rapid response from Anita. Incidentally the rapid responses have continued to this day. Anyway, information and advice was freely flowing and Anita never tired of my endless e-mails (or not that it showed if she did). Over time my confidence in her grew to the point where I threw caution to the wind and sent a deposit for a property off plan, without even seeing the location in the flesh. Anita had sent photos of the site and kept doing so all during the construction, (as did the builder) very comforting. Anyway, the building work was completed on schedule and the apartment, pool and gardens were everything I was led to believe they would be. I’m now the delighted owner of a lovely “Place in The Sun” and looking forward to using it with my family over the coming years. I’ve been astounded how easy the whole process has been, mainly due to all the help given by the staff out in Turkey who lead you through the whole process.
